The Founder
Mark Adamski, MA, CAI
MA | Certified ARISE® Interventionist
Mark is a nationally recognized Family Coach and Intervention Specialist with over a decade of frontline experience in behavioral health, addiction services, safe transports, wilderness therapy, parent coaching and family focused interventions. Mark has spent his career working with adolescents, young adults, and parents in crisis, bringing a rare and ingenuitive combination of clinical expertise, practical tools, and compassionate presence to families who need immediate support.

He has served in treatment centers from Hawaii to Costa Rica to the U.S. — and created the Family Pathways™ Programs, a full spectrum of support designed to meet families exactly where they are. From the Parent Pathways Accelerator that helps overwhelmed parents restore calm at home, to more structured wrap-around Pathfinders interventions, to Pathways ONE, a concierge-level service for families committed to transforming their legacy, Mark has built a proven roadmap for families in crisis.

But beyond credentials and programs, Mark is known for something deeper. Parents describe him as “the calm in the storm” — the steady guide who knows how to de-escalate chaos, anchor parents in clarity, and lead families back to connection when everything feels impossible. He blends evidence-based methods with genuine human care so parents not only gain strategies, but also the confidence to lead their homes with calm authority and compassion.

Mark believes every family can move from crisis to connection. He helps parents release the guilt that says they’re failing, reclaim their role as leaders in the home, and take the steps that bring safety, structure, and trust back to family life. Above all, Mark stands for families. He believes that no parent should ever feel alone in their darkest moments — and that with the right guide, every family can emerge stronger, more connected, and set on a healthier path forward.
